Founder
Oliver is an experienced HR IT professional with proven success in supporting organizations of all sizes and industries.
He worked in all areas during his professional career – Development – Consulting – Project Manager – Consulting Manager – Country Manager in Mexico – Managing Director – Business Development Manager and therefore combines HR process and technical knowledge. As the first Business Development Manager at Workday in the DACH Region Oliver gathered in the recent years a lot of experience in supporting companies to frame the transformation of a cloud strategy.

Alexandre Perpétuo
Founder
Alex is an experienced Program and Project Manager. He is delivery focussed by managing by result. He is specialized in challenging / complex transformations with highly integrated IT landscapes. Keeping organizations, processes and systems together in synch is one of his key pillars of success.. Alex has worked in all sizes of Workday deployments independently if the implementation has been led by Workday or an implementation partner.
Alex was the first Engagement Manager in DACH and one of the first in EMEA for Workday. He has worked as Engagement Manager, Project Director and Delivery Director for DACH and Southern Europe. Before joining Workday he has held various position as external and internal consultant, as well as heading up the Global HRIT function for an international company providing him the ability for the different perspectives of an organization.
